We believe all pets and their humans should be completely delighted with our products and stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you and your pet aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue you a full refund or exchange for another product. It’s that easy peasy. Please reach out to us via email: hello@honest2goodness.com or call us at 800-628-9653. Our talented customer service team is there between 9am and 5:30pm EST so you can speak to a real human (we might be able to rustle up someone who speaks bark if your dog is making the call). If you call after hours, please leave a message and they’ll get back to you upon their return.
In order for us to serve you quickly and efficiently, please provide the name of the product, where it was purchased, the Lot Code # on the package if available, and the price you paid at purchase. We will also need your full name and shipping address so we can send out your refund via check or a replacement product. Don’t worry, we will not use your personal information for any other purpose other than completing your refund or exchange.
If you purchased your product somewhere other than this website, it may be easiest and most efficient for you to reach out to that seller for their return policy. However, if you run into any issues please reach out to us so we can make it right and ensure more tail-wags and purrs from your fur friend.
