If you and your pet aren’t delighted with your Honest to Goodness purchase, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund, no questions asked. Email customerservice@honest2goodness.com or call 800-628-9653 weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm EST.
At the time of your request, please provide: the name of the product, where it was purchased, the Lot Code # on the package if available, and the price at time of purchase. You will also need to provide your full name and shipping address. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose other than in completing your refund or exchange. You can request either a replacement product at no cost, or a full refund. For a refund, a check will be mailed to you. For an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped directly to you at no cost.
Please note that our return policy only applies to goods that have been purchased directly from this Honest to Goodness site. If you purchased an Honest to Goodness product from a retail store, please return it there within 30 days with your paid receipt for an exchange or refund. For products that have been purchased from a retail store or an online seller such as Amazon, please follow their return policy.
